Owen Gough lays out some harsh truth about a recent study regarding UK workers and how the lack of autonomy poorly affects their productivity. With only 36% percent enjoying coming to work and over 40% saying that their job does not allow them functional flexibility, the evidence shows a damaging trend that keeps talent from living to their full potential. Over 60% claimed that they didn’t have proper flexibility even within the office to work productively, so it may be time for organizations to begin considering occupancy management systems in order to help their team members feel and become more effective.
